IIT Madras Chairman does not respond to RTI applications

IITs are not  transparent in a yet another case IIT Madras Chairman has not responded to hundred of RTIs filled after this year's IIT JEE fiasco. Even the RTIs filled to MHRD are transferred to IITs on which are IITs are least concerned about replying it. Hundreds of the parents who filled RTI post JEE fiasco still to receive any reply.
